One cold Winter morning in Berlin, Lee Lee emerged from a cocoon in her art studio.

Before any coffee, a geenish-blue plant and burgundy plush blanket “spoke” to her...

Soon, the three were enmeshed, body, plant and blanket morphing through iterations. A shrouded, swishing body emerged, holding a plant.

Out of a rather groggy, innocent morning practice, Lee Lee found herself asking, what’s in a blanket? What’s in a plant? What’s in a body? 5:51

In post-production, music was added to connect the everyday with regal aspects of honor and honoring, as well as celebrating. A disco ball, bold color and lighting changes support worlds within the initial world. Inspiration from being in Morocco while editing is reflected in some choices.
