I largely dance solo, yet it’s always in collaboration. I believe compositional legibility in solo dance is in how the dancer relates to ground, space and time (and music collaborator when there is one) and also in the true embodiment of the moment. Together, Attention works through the dance and offers balance between presence, structure and power within a state of flow. Said another way, "getting loose", so performative Attention is clear and there's flow, is an all over bodymind thing that includes tuning to ground, space and time, as co-composers. 8:54
