I started walking the path in my early twenties. Unbeknownst to me, I was unfolding my authentic, creative self and it was, well, multi-dimensional.

For a decade, I poured my attention into dance, nature, activism, somatic healing, neuroscience and philosophy. Transformed by experiential learning, knowledge and the synthesis of the two, I began to find the others in community, including mentors, colleagues and friends.

It was at a time when the economy was better. Nobody I knew worked two jobs. Many worked part-time. I was surrounded by spiritual seekers, artists, biologists, somatic researchers, activists, performers, teachers…Whatever their focus, people were seeking something real and meaningful rather than pursuing choices based on fear or scarcity.

Creative practice and collaborative projects were part of everyday life. It was as though an ethos of intrinsic value was paramount and money wasn’t much of a focus because you didn’t need much to learn or start living your dreams. Our time was our abundance.

Fast forward to 2026… things are more complex. Community has changed. People are hustling more and let’s get real, this tech information age has changed most of us.

To look around the world beyond our communities is easier and we experience collective discontent as well as access to every kind of entertainment to offset the disappointment of a disconnected modern life. In the process of being absorbed by the online options, we distance ourselves from our animal bodies, authentic expression and deeper real world practices, as our connections to real world communities fade.

If we want wholeness in 2026 we have to think about where to put our attention. We need to consciously advocate for our freedom by being active in our resolve to grow in the right direction. If we do we can integrate with communities and build alignments with ourselves and the others that are truly right for us .

To thrive we have to feed our hearts, minds and souls, making it a priority to deepen our connection with our true nature in community.

As a helper, healer, coach, teacher and arts communicator, I’m seeking community in others where I can serve their unfolding. For over Thirty-five years I’ve added skills, modalities and media to my offerings.

Travels, touring and living in many communities with my life partner have given me perspectives that staying in one city would have prevented. We’ve worked with and in so many kinds of people.

I’m thrilled so be older and wiser offering Creative Unfolding Coaching and Somatic Healing to individuals who need the support I had.
